Overall not a bad supplement, but also not great. I found it mixes great and no adverse side effects. Id probably recommend www.aminothree.com instead

Chocolate Truffle

Let me first say that the bodybuilding community needs no assistance when it comes to making other people think all those who lift are meathead morons, but iForce added fuel to the fire with this product name. Evidently it is a play on protein and lean, as iForce promises Protean will help build "lean strong explosive muscle" (no time for commas at iForce, it seems). Protean is a blend of WPC, WPI, WPH, milk protein isolate and micellar casein, so your standard blend. It is of course a proprietary blend so who knows how much of each type you're getting, but one thing is for sure: the concentration of WPC is highest and casein is lowest. This isn't massively filling, so it probably doesn't contain too much casein, but it can be helpful if you want a slower protein than just whey. The flavor is quite rich, not the best chocolate of all time but I was surprised at how tasty it was for iForce's first foray into protein. Definitely something you could drink for a while and not mind. The macros are somewhat subpar, with each scoop providing 20 grams of protein, 6.5 grams of carbs, and 4 grams of fat (3 grams saturated). That is worse than Myofusion and other blends, but not completely terrible. The current price is high but as more stores pick this up it will probably drop off. I'd like to try the Red Velvet Cake, as I hear great things about that flavor.
