Physical energy		Energy: 8/10 good solid clean energy without a crash.
Endurance		Endurance: 6/10 this product needs beta-alanine I know it's in gaspari's multivitamin buy not everybody is taking that.
Pump		A decent pump, 2 grams of citruline is an efficacious dose.
Strength		Strength: 9/10 This is were the product shines through, i think the adenosine tri-phosphate is the main reason.
Strength		great strength increased in weight on most of my exercises the first workout.
Taste		Taste: 10/10 uncle Richie's sour apple is gorgeous.
Value for money		In my opinion they are a dishonest company who are only interested in money.
Ingredient profile		I form this opinion based on the way they spike their protein powders with single amino acids like taurine and glycine which they claim on the label as protein cause they test out as nitrogen molecules, so they are legally able to claim it as protein

Pump		but I always come back to my super pump.
Taste		I have tried jack3d, ripped freak, cardio igniter ( also good, not great taste tho), c4, 1mr, assault ( I mix assault and scivation and drink intraworkout sometimes).. maybe a few others too

Pump		Only thing is that it gave me a bit of an upset stomach... :s if your stomach can handle super pump then definitely a winner.

Physical energy		All round good product, decent value, gives decent amount of constant drive and energy
Pump		It gives more of a gentle push throughout the workout, which I prefer, the pump and vascularity it gives are noticeable

Recovery ability		The effects afterwards were also good, reduced soreness and seemed to aid recover with the BCAA's in there amongst other things.
Value for money		I like my pre-workout supps, thought I'd try this as its pretty competitively priced.
Value for money		All round good product, decent value, gives decent amount of constant drive and energy

Crash	The effects I've felt from this product are that it doesn't send you up the wall with a massive high, then crashing down.

Physical energy		but this one is my favorite i get great energy i dont get shaky i have alot more energy during work out's and in general i actualy would take a scoop or half of a scoop if i needed a pick me up to get through the day or night i really like this product and i wanna try this product with sise on and see how they work together i have a feeling it would be the key to gain city my only complaint about super pump is that it is pretty expensive it is a high quality product and i love it
