Physical energy		I personally only look to get that feeling more so than focus or energy.
Physical energy		but it doesn't really do that much for you in terms of the energy nor the focus.
Pump		Really like SuperPump a lot.
Pump		Of the different preworkouts I personally have tried it gives me probably the best pump I have ever felt.
Pump		I'd highly recommend this preworkout if you're looking for a good pump.

Pump		I've used several tubs of the SuperPump250 and I was hoping this was an improvement on what was a great product.
Taste		Taste: this for me was one of the low points of SPMax, especially for the "exclusive bodybuilding.com"
Taste		watermelon flavor.
Taste		This is a tough category for other people to judge reviews on, because your taste is different from mine and you may like something I don't.
Mixes well		I've tried a bunch of other pre WO mixes, and even with SP250 I felt like it gave me an extra push.

Jitters	Performance: All I got from SPMax was the caffeine jitters.

Pump		i had gotten tired of jac3d and hemo rage and it was time for me to get a new pwo the lady at vitamin world suggested superpump max.
Pump		i told her i wasn't sure because i had tried the old 250 and i think everyone knows how bad it makes you have to use the bathroom she assured me they changed the formula and the magnesium was reduced i decided to give it a try and im glad i did the first time i took it i noticed good focus and pretty decent pumps i went with one scoop for what i believe was the first week then i had to go up to two all tho the doses went up i don't think its because the product is bad i think its because i haven't cycled off of pwos in a month or two towards the half way point of my tube i was using three scoops per every two and a half hour work out. it probably wouldn't take this much regularly
Pump		throughout my entire workout i had good powerful lifts and good focus and could actually feel the pumps in every hard lift i did i had the orange which i felt tasted good i mixed it with either orange gatorade or orange v8 splash and sometimes fruit cocktale juice

Physical energy		Does not give you a jittery caffeine feeling like other cheap preworkouts, just a clean boost of energy you can rely on to push up good weight.
Pump		It definitely gives you a long lasting pump and does not diminish throughout your workout, or over the course of you taking it.
