This Product is amazing, I have tried a lot of things in the past including Powerfull, ZMA Max, Luminite, Melatonin. I must say that using this product has really helped me with my soreness and my sleep. This is also one of the only products that contains HICA, which is a metabolite of leucine and greatly helps with protein synthesis and recovery. The only thing I would have to say that it left out, was maybe LCarnitine which helps out with androgen receptors and promotes lean body mass and fat loss, honestly its a great product, helps with recovery and since it has Gaba in it, it definitely helps with boosting GH, This and Powerfull at night from USPLabs, is a stack to be reckoned with

some of the best sleep I ever got! Woke up refreshed and feeling energized. Muscles felt well rested and ready to hit the gym again. I would recommend this to ANYONE!

Product is amazing! It will knock anyone out and put you in deep REM sleep allowing you to recover quicker and feel great the next day. Only side note is don't take more than half a scoop before assessing your tolerance because it is powerful stuff, could knock out a horse :)

you need DEEP r.e.m sleep for your muscle to recover and grow and this product does all that ! .. not only does it taste amazing the ingredient profile is phenominal .. ive never experienced such amazing sleep with any other sleep and recovery aid .. when i take it and lay down im OUT ! .. wake up the next day fully refreshed and ready to take on the day

This knocked me out and did exactly what it says on the label, So far very impressed with his first two products, seems like the King of bodybuilding has his name on some great products

Blue Razz Dream

According to the marketing write-up, "sleeping hard" is the secret to Ronnie Coleman's growth. I'm assuming that wasn't the only aid he had, but nevertheless, sleep is important. And since I have trouble getting enough sleep, I picked this up. At first, I didn't get a great impression. The mixability was pretty poor and the taste was utterly disgusting; I hadn't met a blue raspberry flavored product I didn't enjoy until this. It had a fruity taste but that was overpowered by the cough medicine flavor that lingered after I was finished drinking it. However, the sleep was great. Deep sleep, no waking up during the night, vivid dreams. Waking up wasn't a pain either, as I was not drowsy. With Theanine, GABA, ZMA, HICA and creatine, this is one complete recovery formula. If that's not enough GH-boosting ingredients, the formula also contains arginine and ornithine. Each serving is only four calories, so you can use this dieting or bulking. Despite the unpleasant taste, I thought this was helpful and thankfully the price isn't too obnoxious.
