Blue Raspberry

Chain'd Out is a BCAA product, and while it isn't just aminos, it doesn't really provide anything else worth getting excited about. While other intra products have B vitamins or electrolytes, Chain'd Out provides alanine, cordyceps, rhodiola rosea and apple peel extract. Really, the additions seem kind of random, and I read a study recently that cordyceps apparently has very little actual physical impact. That's not to say this is a bad formulation (it does have the BCAAs at least), but the added extras just don't seem particularly thrilling. The Blue Raspberry taste was great, I used a little more water than recommended and the flavor was still there, just not particularly bold (which is good, in my opinion). Mixability was poor, with lots of floaters and some foaming. Overall, I guess I might pick it up again if on sale.
