All American EFX has been researching pre-workout formulas for well over 2 years. We wanted to make darn sure we developed the very best product we could possibly offer. And one way to do that was to see exactly what we were up against. So we literally bought and used no less than 9 of the leading formulas and put them all to the test. Here's what we found...

These things are supposed to be about ENERGY. But we encountered 2 major issues with them. #1: We either lost energy during our training, which KILLED our intensity and power or #2: We suffered a severe post workout crash to the point where most of us didn't want to do jack for the rest of the day. Either way we wanted to AVOID both of these training killers at all cost.

The majority also gave us stomach aches, and some also produced what we called a "geranium hangover". To be fair, there were a couple of standouts in the mix. Taste		I actually am using the Orange flavor one and the taste is fine and i do notice a difference working out.


Physical energy		And 10-20 minutes after taking single serving it really gives you energy,

Headache	My head starts aching, and I feel like I'm going to vomit.

Upset stomach	I did feel a little churning in my stomach (workout on an empty stomach, so food wasn't an issue).

Taste		this flavor was absolutely gross! as i took down half i gagged then finally threw up a little on the floor it went down pink

Endurance		I'm getting great strength increases and heaps of focus and endurance at the gym.

Taste		I don't understand why everybody hates on the taste, It is definately one of the better tasting pre-workouts, It tastes like Fizzy Tropical soft drink.

Physical energy		but a bit to much on the caffiene side fist time i took this it kept me up till 4:30 and i had to do push ups all night to burn some of the energy.

Strength		but htis product has made noticable gains in strength and overall workout intensity in the gym.
