Granola Oatmeal

Got these on a recommendation, and I have to say that I regret it. While the Granola Oatmeal P Squared Bars - which are more like square-shaped yogurt-coated wafers - do taste good, they aren't exactly ideal. My biggest complaint is the size, as you can tear through them in a few bites. Of course, that makes sense because the bars are quite low in calories, as this flavor contains 140. The taste is similar to the Cinnamon Roll CarbRite Bars, as is the consistency. The profile isn't bad, except for the low calorie content, although I guess that's okay for cutting. Each of this flavor contains 140 calories, 15 g of protein, 12 g of carbohydrates, 3 g of fiber, 5 g of sugar and 3.5 g of fat. Decent ingredients, with rolled oats, WPI, MPI, WPC and soy. They are just as pricey as bars with twice the calories, so that's annoying, but they are pretty filling considering the fact that you can take them down in like two bites.
