Endurance let me down. For starters, it is very expensive, luckily i didn't buy any and just had a bunch of samples from GNC. For starters, i'm going to comment on the formula. From an endurance stand point, i like that it came with 32 total carbs, unfortunately, 16g was nothing but sugar which would not be my choice in carb. Secondly, outside of the nutrients and vit. c, the active ingredients are very disappointing. its about 2.4g of prop. blending, which the top 2 ingredients being glutamine and arginine, 2 things that i dont see having much of any effect on endurance and recovery, so i would see the BCAA portions being very small and probably inneffective.
Basically from my take on the formula and using it, it didnt do a whole lot for improving my endurance the way i normally get from my regular EAA + BA supplementation.
Taste, hard to rate, cause the taste is barely noticable. First when i mixed it, there was no colour, basically a clear indicator that there was not gonna be much of a taste, then i sipped it, shocker, barely can taste it, thats no fun to drink!
quite dissappointed in this product from multiple angles, DEFINATE PASS
