Speed Energy drinks are basically budget-priced Monster energy drinks, with three varieties, this being the sugar-free version. The taste was pretty sweet, kind of like a Jolly Rancher with a few fruit flavors mixed together. Not bad for a budget drink, as they can be quite nasty. The profile is your typical energy drink - truckloads of B vitamins, along with caffeine, guarana, ginseng and taurine. Not the greatest energy rush, and it didn't seem to last too long. I couldn't find the caffeine listed on the can or online, so your guess is as good as mine. I'd imagine it's probably around 150mg or less, as the can is 12 oz. as opposed to the usual 16. The effects are comparable to a weak pre-workout, but if you compare it to the cost of a scoop of your favorite pre-wo, the price for this is a bit more.
