tasted disgusting and also hurt my stomach, gave me a pump but was it worth the pain? nobody warned me about this, the guy at gnc said it was fine, he lied.

Fruit Punch

Just what the world needed - another Fruit Punch-flavored supplement. Unfortunately, GNC failed to make this one stand out for any other reason than because it tastes terrible. A very bitter taste for this one, which I guess could be better than overly sweet. The mixability was atrocious, I'm not sure how this mixed worse than casein, but this was impossible. GNC recommends 12 oz. of water, but double that was more appropriate. The energy was solid, thanks to 200mg of caffeine, yohimbe, etc. I liked the inclusion of betaine, bea alanine and leucine, but there is also a laundry list of other ingredients that seem unnecessary, such as CEE. The energy did not last very long, although I did feel focused for the roughly 30 minute duration of the boost.
