Another VS clearance deal. For some reason, protein pudding is not as popular as it should be. However, BodyTech's pudding is great, with a flavor that almost makes you forget that you're getting a pretty healthy meal. Each pudding packet contains 135 calories and 25 grams of protein, so comparable to any protein shake. Four grams of carbs, no sugar and two grams of fat, so a way better profile than most on-the-go snacks. I'd like to see some more different kinds of protein, as this contains egg album, whey protein concentrate and glutamine, but if you think about it, that's close to what most whey shakes are anyway. If you find a deal on this, it's pretty good, but otherwise, I'd stick to regular protein shakes.
