If you're like most people I know, you realize the benefits of vegetables, but you're always looking for a way to avoid actually having to consume them. I'm sure you have a multivitamin to replace the nutrient content, and now you can have Fiberteq to get your fiber. However, I'd actually recommend consuming vegetables to do so, as Fiberteq is a pretty unpleasant experience. Although this is a more cost-effective alternative to fiber bars, I'm definitely going to pony up the cash for fiber bars or fresh veggies in the future, as Fiberteq is pretty gross. The Cookies n Cream flavor tastes like cookie dough that has been left out in the car for far too long, and I don't even have demanding taste buds - I actually like the taste of plain oatmeal. Unless this is on sale...I wouldn't recommend it.

Fat loss		I have a slow digestive system and always feel bloated after eating dairy and low fiber foods.This supplement has helped my digestive system and help me get rid of some of the unwanted bodyfat around my waste.
