Got a handful of samples of the chronic fruit punch flavor. I have been using them on tuesday and thursdays after my workout and before i go play basketball with the guys while at the gym. Definately my harder days because of the intense play after, so having this was a good supplement.
the taste was really good. the fact that it was green threw me off, but after it mixed, it looked really cool, and tasted great.
didnt feel sluggish to any extent really while playing ball apart from the constant running.
i find myself being less sore the day after using it.
only real issue i have with the product is the price is kind of high for what could really just be another kitchen sink product with alot of underdosed substances (which i am unsure of-i could have been placebo'd right there)
also, as a PWO drink, it would be much more effective with protein in it i would think.
anyways, its ok, just dont depend on it to make gains for you

I have been using Anabolic OD for 3 weeks now. To be honest, I wasn't sure about all the hype that comes with the advertising, but obviously it worked because I know a lot of people that have tried their products. This is also my first post workout supplement, so I cant compare it to any other post w/o supps. I thinkit comes in one flavor, but it is excellent. one scoop or two doesn't matter. It tastes more like an alcoholic beverage than a supplement mix which are either super sweet or bitter. I don't drink anymore but it reminds me of Boones Farm for some reason. The first time I used this product it mixed well. I'd say nearly 95% of the powder was dissolved. All the times after that, there was always some powder or clumps at the bottom of the cup. No big deal though. I would just get a spoon to get the rest out. Its not like its was a lot, but when you are paying money for soemthing,then you want to get as much as you can.

I wasnt sure what I was supposed to be feeling after I had taken AOD,but I will tel you that I have NOT felt or suffered from the following - nausea, stomach cramping, diarhea, skin outbreaks, jitters, increased or decreased appetite, or dizzyness. After my second week, I did start to feel my arms and chest getting tighter. Especially my triceps. Disclaimer...As with all supplements there is that mental side of things that says if a product says you are going to get bigger and stronger, then you really think you will. Well that is true because once I felt the tightness of my chest and arms, I wanted to go harder and heavier. Which I did. I have increased all my upper body workouts just because I think I can do more each week, and I want to get the best workout in before I drink my AOD.

I dont feel as sore the next day or two like I usually do when I'm not taking anything. I measure this based onthe way my triceps feel after a good workout. I havent had the "I don't want to workout for another week cuz Im too sore" soreness since I've been on AOD.

The last thing is value. Im not too sure about this. Value is based on the size of your wallet IMO. So for me I bought this over the internet and used my big crumbs account to get a rebate. Link to Big Crumbs for rebates Do your own research as far as price is concerned though. I just like adding a little cash to my paypal account evertime I buy something. I do belive that since AOD is working, that it is worth the money. YOu just have to find a place that is cheap enough for you.

Overall this is a good product. Taste is big for me as wel as results. I feel like I got both there.
