Taste		It has no taste theres 55 1scoop servings you cant beat that plus it is(as of Aug 8 ,1012) only 8.99 its a steal I should have got 2 :(


Value for money		I love Universal's products, and for how cheap this is compared to Vitargo Genr8 it's a steal, this is definitely a keeper.

Recovery ability		My recovery is a lot shorter compared to before and I'm noticing some gains in the amount I can lift when I started combining this with my protein.


Muscle gain		All in all I have seen a big difference since switching to this in the muscle I've gained as well as the definition in the muscle I have gained.


Physical energy		its really helped me keep energy levels up while doing intense workouts

Taste		this thing is great it mixes so well and u cant see it, smell it, touch it, or taste it, i couldnt tell if i put any the first time.
