24/7 is a product designed to be used at anytime around your workout, before, during, or after. Got a decent amount of stuff in there with good amounts per serving. one thing i dont like is the prop blend on the creatine, because i would bet a goot 4-4.9 grams out of the 5 gram blend are just monohydrate. but you get a decent serving of BA, leucine, and taurine in addition to some carbs.
the taste wasnt satisfying for me. not in the sense that it was bad, but it wasnt strong enough, the drink was strongly coloured, but barely flavored.
recovery-wise, it left me feeling refreshed for the most part and not exactly dead tired after my workout.
downside, i would say it gave me the runs to an extent. though this can be attributed to a higher fiber intake in my diet over the last little while, but still, this was just a little unwanted.

decent product, still think better recovery options are available

I have completed my first container of 24/7. I must say that the Cherry Flavor is the best tasting supplement I have ever consumed and I've been using supplements now for over 10 years. What you can expect from this product is a better workout. Looking at all the ingredients, though the formula is simple - they are all dosed very high. More than any others out there. I tried it pre, during, and post and found it to be best during the workout. If you drink it during, you'll find that it mixes perfectly and best does not bloat you at all. I can say that my recovery increased in between my sets as I was able to continue to increase weight and intensity consistently. This stuff works..you'll find that it just allows you to keep on training very hard all through your workout. I will continue to use it another 8 weeks.

CMI 24/7 kind of reminds me of the guy you know at work who likes to do everything...but doesn't do any of it very well. I was a bit leery of the fact that 24/7 could be taken (according to the label) before, during or after exercise; this made me think it wouldn't really give me that much of a boost, because anyone who chose to take this PWO would be bouncing off the walls for no reason after they got back from the gym.

In order to take advantage of the ingredients, I took the 24/7 before my workout. Despite the heaping doses of Beta Alanine and Taurine, I didn't get much energy. It also delivers 5g of creatine, which is nice, but the best part is the taste - AWESOME orange creamsicle flavor, tasted like a milkshake even though I mixed it in water.

However, mixability wasn't that great. Most of the powder mixed well, but the rest of it dissolved like a stale Communion wafer, which is to say, not well.

Bottom line: Great taste, solid ingredients, not much energy, a bit overpriced.
