I too found Mag-Citrate to help with bad headaches. I've notice a major decrease in my regular day-to-day headaches, that are normally brought on by scents. Oddly, since I've been taking Mag-Citrate, I'm no longer sensitive to a wide range of scents that I used to be allergic too... I'm now almost convinced that it's the Mag-Citrate that is making the difference. I find because of the reduction in headaches, I have more energy and am more able to keep up with my regular activities.

In respect to helping fibromyalgia, I'm not really sure. My fibro is in remission at the moment, tho I do get occasional pains that are reminiscent to the old fibro days. I haven't had many of those pains since taking the Mag-Citrate (it's been about 6 months), but I can't say for sure that it's the mag-citrate that is helping... What I can say tho, is that I won't stop taking the Mag-Citrate to find out.

This mineral supplement claims it's suppose to help with maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system, as well as treat fibromyalgia, improve endurance and stamina. It also says it aids the body in calcium absorption, and in the prevention of cardiovascular disease, osteoperosis, kidney and gall stones and oxygen deficiency to the muscles. In all, it's suppose to increase your energy levels and balance your system.

I do not have fibromyalgia, so I couldn't tell you if it really helps with symptoms of that condition or not. Nor did I notice any change in my energy levels or stamina. So, why do I continue to take this mineral supplement? Well, I have REALLY bad migraines caused by hormonal fluctuations, sress or fatigue. I would get a migraine every week or two. The kind of migraines I had would debilitate me. The only way to get rid of it, would be to take an Advil gelcap and sleep it off. Hoping that it would be gone once I woke up. Sometimes the nap/Advil combination would do the trick, and sometimes, I'd wake up and the migraine would still be there, albeit a little less severe.

So, after reading someone's praise and recommendation (the lady claimed she tried every prescription and over the counter medication with no success until she tried the Sisu Mag-Citrate), I thought it would be worth while to check out her claims. This lady's review of the product said it didn't cure her migraines, but it had cut down the frequency, lessened the length and severity to the point it would be classified as a headache.

Well, it took me about 3-4 weeks to notice a difference. Indeed everything the lady had mentioned is exactly what I experienced. I experience the odd migraine now. I have one maybe once every 4-5 months. It is not as severe, and definitely doesn't last as long. I can actually function! The odd time, I will get a slight headache. I'm assuming if I didn't continue to take the Mag-Citrate, this would be a full blown migraine. I am not one to get off of it and find out.

So, although the supplement didn't seem to help in my energy levels or stamina, I will continue to use this product for migraine treatment.
