So i guess its kinda difficult to measure a multivitamin on a scale since you cant really notice its effects.
Anyways, being who i am, i go to GNC from time to time and take a peek at their clearance items, usually i can pick up multis fairly cheap, so i picked up 2 bottles of their multi: ultra mega gold. Each bottle will last me 45 days and only cost $7 each, which is a steal in my opinion.
i take 2 every day, and my pee is as yellow as ever... interpret that however you like, but that seems to be what everyone likes to compare with multis nowadays.
since i started taking it (just finished first bottle) i can say i have felt better overall, so i do attribute that to the multi as its the only consistent change in my supplementation/diet over the last little while.

so if you find it on clearance... buy it!
