Value for money		The multiple vitamin has been a good find for me.I have taking it for two years.The multiple has a good balance between variety and optimal dosages.Must multiples have cheaper forms of particular vitamins(like cheaper form of B-12).Most other brands have just the RDA which is mostly a joke.
