I stacked Mass Caps XP with Animal Stak, I put on 14 lbs in the 21 day cycle.
I think to get the best out of Mass Caps XP is to stack it, The 1st time I used it I did not stack it with anything and did not get much out of it but 5 lbs.

IDS Mass Caps XP is supposed to be a natural test booster with some arachidonic acid in there. i bought it solely for the ArA hoping to see if it was any good. I Purchased to boxes, definately not results i had hoped for. I could definatly say i am at fault for purchasing a product by IDS, but if you are looking for an ArA product, definately go right past this one. I have not gained much over the time i have been using it, and i never experienced the intense DOMS everyone else does with their othe ArA products. Definately not worth it, just as most IDS products are not. Better off going with X-factor or another ArA product.
