For a while, I never used any intra-workout supplement because I was trying to stick to basics and didn't really see a point. Using samples showed me how BCAAs helped reduced DOMS and fatigue, so I've hopped on the BCAA train. As big name supplements are expensive, I elected to go for Supp Direct's BCAAs, which are very affordable, and I've heard good things about the quality. I had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised...this mixed very well and I didn't have any foaming. This was relatively flavorless, which is lame, but the flavoring I used brightened it up and there was no weird aftertaste. This is a very bare-bones product, with just leucine, isoleucine and valine, so if you're looking for CM, BA or anything else you'll have to go bulk on those too.
I have tryed many amino acid products. By far i have found The bcaa product to be the best working of them all exspecially for the price its at, you cant beat it! its a bulk powder which has increased muscle gains dramatically for me and i would recommend anyone wanted to build muscle tissue to try this product!
I have used ALOT of different amino acid products. I have tried everything from flavored powders, bulk powders, and capsules. It always comes down to, whats the most cost efficient. Capsules are expensive and inconvenient for myself. Bulk powders usually taste disgusting. And i love my xtend and dont want to give it up, but i also dont want to drink it all day. So i looked into Supplement direct bcaa. Its a bulk powder, but to my surprise, it was flavorless and did not taste as bad as everyone makes it out to. I have mixed it with xtend and not had the flavor feel tampered, and i have mixed it with water alone and not noticed it. Great product for those needing cheap BCAA's. Since its bulk, its really cheap at most places.
