Gas or bloating

Anavol is a blend of Craetine AKG, Glutamine AKG and CM. By all means, pass on this product. I only have 2 bottles of it because it came as part of a deal on another supplement. Anavol Hardcore is the newer version which should be much better, because this product seems to fail IMO. Its just creatine, so i shouldnt expect much, but it bloats me up alot worse than regular monohydrate. With the bloat, i did not notice any "fuller" muscles which i have noticed with almost every creatine based product i have ever tried. If it was picked up dirt cheap, maybe its worth a run, but if you have a choice of any other product, i would probably avoid this one.
