Chocolate Chip

I'm a big fan of chocolate chip cookies, so I have pretty high standards for taste. That said, these weren't bad, and I may have actually had 'real' cookies with worse flavoring. Overall, the Titan Cookies are a bit bland and have more of a protein bar taste than a gourmet taste. But for cookies, the profile is pretty good. Each cookie has 150 calories, with 10 grams of protein and 15 grams of carbohydrates. They are a bit high in fat with 6 grams total and 3 grams saturated; not really a problem but they come in packs of two, so eating both will double that. Each cookie is relatively low in sugar, with 5 grams, and each cookie has 3 grams of fiber, so eating two cookies would provide more fiber than the average 300-calorie protein bar. Additionally, the protein blend has MPI, soy, wheat protein isolate, egg and added BCAAs, so that's not bad. These aren't outstanding or massively superior to protein bars, but if you're sick of having people ask you what you're eating all the time when you eat protein bars, these may be a good choice.
