Pump		Did not give me a pump only made my stomach feel horrible and made me become sluggish in the gym.
Pump		You can get a better pump drinking a soda.
Taste		After taking the first drink i wanted to vomit the Punch favor was absolute the worst thing i have ever tasted.

Pump		When I used other products like SuperPump or NO xplode the pump would last for the beginning stages of my workout and be gone.
