Fat loss		I have started taking the product again and shortly after with no change in diet or exercise i have lost 6 more lbs.


Taste		No aftertaste, easy consumption, and I chose flax seed oil over fish oil because it has 3 different omega fatty acids instead of the one fatty acid that fish oil has.
Value for money		Your purchase depends basically on price and whether or not you want flax seed oil in a soft gel form (which I do).
