BCAA 5000 Powder (Optimum Nutrition) Optimum Nutrition's Instantized BCAA 5000 Powder provides a 5000 mg blend of the three Branched Chain Amino Acids (L-Valine, L-Leucine and L-Isoleucine) in every serving. The Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's), so named because of their unique branched chemical structure, are essential in that the body cannot make them from other compounds. In recent times, these amino acids have been investigated for their potential anticatabolic (preventing muscle breakdown) and anabolic (muscle building) effects.

Texture NO! you would take it with a smoothie or juice or gatorade.
Recovery ability That's not the point with this, its pure BCAA's the perfect compliment to any sports drink turning it into an ultimate recovery drink!
Recovery ability Add to Accelerade, Gatorade or Powerade and get the perfect recovery drink.
Recovery ability The taste and flavor is up to you to add, be creative, there are tons of sports drinks you can mix this with and actually enhance it's recovery properties.
Taste Seriously how hard is it to understand that this stuff is unflavored for a REASON...so you can mix it with good tasting stuff...soooo it tastes good.
Taste Would you take a bunch of unflavored creatine or protien by itself?
Taste Seriously who complains about something being unflavored being UNFLAVORED?
Taste If you wanted you could get the same or more BCAA's drink a flippin Flavored protien shake!
Taste Seriously people, we lift dumbbells we aren't dumbbells, I usually prefer unflavored supplements because they are cheap and you are usualy paying for additives that are cheap and found in stuff like gatorade anyways.
Taste it's a powder...its unflavored...soooo why shouldn't it taste like an unflavored powder?
Taste The taste rating doesnt aply to this product and it should not be getting docked because of taste.
