Taste		Started it this morning, felt great, taste is acceptable, not bad at all.


Recovery ability		I've used it for about 3 weeks and it has definitely helped with recovery .
Physical energy		but if you are looking for the pre workout "buzz" I would recommend something else.

Taste		I have the wild grape and when you open the container it smells horrible, don't let that detour you, the taste is much better.
