I've been playing rugby for about 5 years now, football for a good 3, and have been seriously lifting weights for 2. I did lift before that, just randomly. So all this has caused alot of wear and tear on my joints. I never used a joint support product until i broke my ankle last year at the end of football season. At that time i used Animal Flex during rehab, it definately helped my ankle feel alot better. Its not too expensive, but as a university student, i'm on a budget and gotta save money where possible. I picked up a bottle of Relieve with MSM by HP from bb.com, very cheap at about $13 you get 60 days worth with enough product to feel a difference. Took a good week to kick in, but my joints are definately feeling better.
Basically, its a great product, if you are on a budget and cant afford more expensive support products, this is definately worth the money, basic, and effective.
