I am what a pro biotic fan and use some sort of pro biotic/digestive aid in my everyday supplementing. I baught this product mainly becuase it was on sale for 5 dollars for a 30 day supply. Product is a chewable tablet of the acidophilus with 15billion live organisms, taste was fruit punch. I chewed about 2 days worth and had to start swallowing them like pills due to the horrible flavor. after I started swallowing them they were fine to ingest. Noticable effects, better digestion (very little or no loose stool) And when using acidophilus i tend to not get sick as easily (im prone to sinus infections). This product continued the relief that i had been getting from similar acidophilus products i had been using prior. I suggest it to anyone looking to get or stay healthy.
