Taste		but the taste is awful.
Taste		I mix it with berries, greek yogurt, flax seed, whey protein (unflavored), banana, coconut oil, and water.
Taste		Not too bad of a taste when blended with many other things!
Taste		The health benefits I figure out-perform the taste.

Texture		When i mix 3Tbsp with my 16oz of whole milk cant tell its there other then texture.
Taste		This product does have a mild flavor not enough to like or dislike, I gave this product a 6 because 5 on this fashion of scale is zero flavor so 6 it is.
Mixes well		I use 6Tbsp of this Nutiva Organic Hemp Hi-fiber every time i finish my workout at gym and just add 10 oz H2O, it mixes well with cold water from fountain, it will settle to bottom after a bit.
Value for money		The price is great for me, 21 bucks for 45 3Tbsp servings and its organic yes please all day.

Taste		Love the fiber content and the fact that there is NOT the typical protein powder after-taste.
Taste		No sugar no flavorings nothing fake in it.
