Texture		Taste pretty good,Couldnt tell you about results just started using it.But you must use a shaker cup with this or you will be on the toilet.Just mixing it with a spoon isn't good enough leaves clumps its all gritty and plain nasty.

Texture		Never found one with a flavor and texture that I truly enjoy drinking.
Texture		I have noticed that if you leave this shake sit in the fridge for a few hours it will thicken up, reminds me of a milkshake, and that's awesome because I've missed milkshakes since I've started cutting.

Pump		I found now my protein, this stuff Works withing the second day of using it i start to feel how i keept my gains, the last week from this date 10/22/2013 i only went 3 times to the gym in alternate days and i felt how my arms muscles keep the pump usin it only 2 times a day: one serving after training and the other before sleep.
