This is another great pre workout supplement. ingredient profile is great! has a mix of a few top notch creatines, as well as a mix of other ingredients great for during and pre workout nutrition. Tastes fantastic like fruit punch. mixes quite well with water in a shaker cup. Absolutly no side effects at all. product does have caffeine but not much 125mg i believe, and although it is on the low side ive still noticed a ton of energy from it in the gym. I do not believe this product is currently being made anymore though as hard nutrition went a different route with products, which is unfortunate because it is a very solid pre workout supplement. I definatly suggest this to everyone looking for a pre workout creatine product.
