The natural fish oil concentrate used in this softgel is manufactured under strict quality control standards. Value for money		Instead of having to take 10+ pills of cheaper/lower EPA and DHA products, I just take 3 a day.

Suppressed appetite		This product is awesome, i felt the effect after the second softgel, normally a good omega 3 supplement should increase you appetite, that's what i feel when taking it in addition to a light pain in my joint that disappeared after about 1 week, i have tried before the ON fish oil
Suppressed appetite		but i wasn't satisfied with the result, i used to take 6 softgels to take the same amount of epa dha of 2 softgels of Now Ultra Omega-3, even i didn't realise any appetite change, and no reduction in joints pain.
Value for money		This is the best Omega-3 supplement, after trying so many including expensive european brands.


Taste		I do use this supplement because I don't eat too much fish or fatty acids, I had bad experiences before with fish oil before because its bad taste after taking the gelcap, specially the burps if you're taking it in the morning,

Taste		but the price reflects the quality of the capsules, really low quality, I just received it and few capsules are broken and the fish oil leaked out on the other capsules, now it tastes terrible and smells horrible, can't stand the taste nor the scent... Won't buy such low quality product again, I'd better pay for a more expensive brand with low amounts of EPA/DHA and enjoy good quality capsules that don't break and stink of rotten fish.
