Great ingredient profile in this bar. Taste is not the best but not the worst. Peanut butter aspect of the taste is the best. Cost effective for sure, though I've found what my favorite bar is now and don't buy these much anymore I would recommend trying them as some may find the flavor to be better than I did.

If you are wanting a protein bar, look no further than Universal Nutrition's Proteon Bar. Universal is known for its great service to customers and the quality in its products. Proteon has a whopping 32 grams of protein in each 3.6oz. bar. They have one flavor which is double peanut butter deluxe. I wish they had more than one, but the peanut butter is delicious and amazing without a doubt. High fiber amount also aids in digestion. It does contain 433 calories, so I suggest you don't eat too many. It is 30 dollars a box with Universal Nutrition, but much cheaper on other sites that cut deals with Universal. Proteon Bar is a great meal replacement for people who need food on the go.
