Taste		Straight L-Glutamine, just add to a protein shake if you don't like the bad flavor.
Taste		Or tough it out with just water to keep carbs down, hey it's better than unflavored L-Citrulline or Creatine.
Value for money		Great value for the price.

Recovery ability		Simply put Glutamine is a great product for recovery and has so many health benefits it could take up a whole article.
Taste		I will either mix one scoop of Glutamine in a small cup of water (it really has no taste) or mix it in with a shake or aminos; whenever is most convenient.

Taste		A good supplement to have the powder definitely tastes terrible unless mixed with something sweet and even then it will change the taste of the mix.
