Euphoria		I've noticed that my mood when waking up is much better, feel less stressed and happier.
Value for money		I'm a big fan of NOW products, I've noticed they're priced well and offer great quality.
Value for money		but for most part, it's great and looking at the price, why wouldn't you get some.

Recovery ability		I feel that ZMA provides a better state of rest and recovery than 5-HTP.
Suppressed appetite		I never noticed a decrease in appetite or change in behavior.
Euphoria		but I wouldn't purchase again as there was only a minimal improvement in mood during the day after 100mg of 5-HTP.
