Q. Why do I need protein?

Protein, and only protein, provides your body with the amino acids it needs to repair and rebuild muscles. Taste		I settled on Designer Whey because after sampling several different brands DW had the best taste.
Taste		The last canister I bought had an even different taste than the one I had bought several months before and it dawn on me just TODAY after a hard sprint workout that the taste is now GODAWFUL to me.
