This is a very popular product, but I did not like it when compared to other thermos. I did not experience any sort of appetite suppression with this product, which, while I did not expect it, I believe that to be effective a product such as this needs to have some appetite suppressing effect. I also noticed that the energy coming from this product is good, at first - check the ingredient profile, it does look solid.

However, this energetic effect is diminished with continued use of the product and it seems like you're "going through the motions" after a while. Nevertheless, the fat loss experienced is slightly above average in my opinion but is not quite worth the pricepoint. No noticable side effects, and the stimulant content created some dependency to the point that I was craving some caffeine for a few days after I finished my bottle.

Overall, this is a decent thermogenic but there are better products out there.

I decided to do a cycle of Lipo 6 on my most recent summer cut. The first thing I noticed after the initial dosage was the energy boost you get about 20 minutes after taking it. It's fairly substantial and it's definitely worth taking before the gym. Unfortunately it didn't last very long - about an hour. I was also noticeably warmer and sweating much more than normal. Also, I noticed a decrease in appetite whilst on the cycle.

As far as actual fat burning went, I feel that it helped me shed a few more pounds than I normally do on my cuts without it.

Unfortunately, there were some side effects. I would get random headaches (probably do the caffeine or increased BP). A potentially serious side effect I experienced was a significant raise in blood pressure. I went to the doctor for a routine checkup while on my cycle and my BP was 146/94 - the highest reading I've ever had. I stopped taking it on my doctor's advice and went back two weeks later - the reading was 125/80. I'm sure it won't have this effect on everyone, but it's something to watch out for.

Fat loss		I ordered the whole product stack with my gym time 4 days a week and a low caloric diet did not see any changes in my weight loss this product did not yield results for me it's almost as if i did not even take it.. will not order this again.

Upset stomach	the good thing about it was it never upset my stomach or made me feel wired it's if i my body never knew it was there.

Endurance		The only plus side about this product for me, was that it allowed me to run longer distances without getting tired, which was strange.


Fat loss		This product is excellent for ANYONE wanting to cut bodyfat% and fat/weight.
