Taste		Excellent clean protein I will definitely continue to use very versatile in that it has little to no flavor (a little milky on its own) so can be added to recipes easily.

Strength		In the past three weeks, it has helped me gain more than ten pounds and add 15 kg to my bench press.
Taste		I add a scoop to my regular MRP shake to boost the level of protein and since it is unflavored, it doesn't change the taste.


Texture		Just add a tblsp of whatever and it thickens this somewhat thin shake nicely.
Taste		My pudding faves are banana cream (great when I start cutting fruit) and nothing beats cheesecake-- yes sf/ff cheesecake flavored shake!! Yum!
Mixes well		It mixes easily with yogurt or oatmeal and I recently tried the cookies N cream version which is dynomite (a-la jj walker)!!
