Muscle gain		Last year I gained weight ( was at 209) and decided that wasn't gonna fly, so I got Shred Matrix.

Fat loss		I didn't notice a huge change in fat loss even though I was eating well and running 3 miles minimum (3x/week) + lifting.

Fat loss		At the end of the 12 weeks today, I have lost between 20-25 lbs while putting on muscle using the Arnold Blueprint To Mass.
Suppressed appetite		No jitters for this one, and suppresses appetite while doing so.
