Motivation		This is one of my favorite products it has keep me motivated even when i didnt think i could go any further.

Crash	The negative thing is that i crash if i dont eat anything rigt after excercizing with this product just make sure you have plenty of water and take it as recomended.


Libido		Got a sample of this, even on one dose a day ive been feeling so alpha, much increased libido.
