Taste		i had a bad reaction to it or something because i barfed pretty much immediately after choking down this awful tasting stuff.


Recovery ability		I'm not joking its a perfect source of protein to recover ur hard work.


Muscle gain		I take this with me when I work out for a quick 50g of protein and if I know I cant run home to make a shake ( i don't like to pre-make or carry them around ) Also, for those looking to gain straight lean muscle, this is a great option if you don't want to ( or cant ) drink shakes.
Taste		After about 3 of these things it actually tastes pretty good all things considered.
Value for money		At about $2.60 per shot vs $2.30 for the whey shakes i buy, its not bad at all price wise.
