Physical energy		I feel more energy after using this and I love the enzymes contained in this formula, they really help you get the most out of this multi and your foods you eat.

Physical energy		Great multi-vitamin keeps energy levels up and the mineral complex is impressive you don't see that with a lot of multi's MHP makes quality stuff i absolutely recommend these.
