Strength		My bench has increased to 315lbs since on this, squat to 285lbs, deadlift 265lbs and am climbing.
Value for money		I would give this a 10 if only it were cheaper.


Strength		With this one, you feel the strenght increase three days after.


Pump		me i did try Creatine monohydrate it worked better use to have better pump with CM
Value for money		but Con-cret was waste of money and time for me

Pump		The Pumps are the most extreme, the dosage is small, and it is very fast acting ( I take 45 min - 1 Hour before my workout in a large glass of water ).
Taste		The unflavored tastes a bit like i imagine battery acid would,
Value for money		but its a small price to pay to stay away from the artificial sweeteners and fillers in other products.


Strength		but my resting periods were as long as it took me to run to the drinking fountain and back, it was more around 20-30 seconds, and it has been like that for the past few weeks i have taken this product, i haven't grown "immune" or feeling weaker results i feel that way each and every time i take it, i feel like i have an unlimited arsenal of energy and strength backing me up, will continue to buy! great product!
Physical energy		however, I felt i had unlimited energy, and i just went set after set after set and i totally ripped through my workout, for the same weight i would do 6-8 reps of i was doing 8-10 reps of, and i take about 45-60 seconds rests between sets normally

Endurance		The endurance it gave me while i worked out was awesome and made me pump out more reps and put up more weight then i had ever done before in my life.

Taste		This stuff tasted like medicine the first time I took it with warm water.
Taste		I've truely never tasted blue raspberrys nor ate them, so it was kind of a unique experience.
Taste		After the first two times you drink it, you will fall in love with this gorgeous drink yummmm.

Taste		Towards the end of this tiny tub, it starts to taste mightly fine in your stomach and mouth.

Value for money		Value: Since I got this product for free, I would give this product a 10/10 for value :D .

Endurance		I seen amazing and steady gains in the gym and mirror, soreness was close to non-exsistent while taking con cret and my endurance was through the roof as well.
Taste		The taste is phenomenal and never got old, no bad after taste either.
Mixes well		It basically mixes itself its like if you were to drop food coloring into h2o its the best mixing supp I've come across.


Muscle gain		I've put on some lean mass and gained about a 1/2 inch on my arms using concrete and IDS Protein combined with FST-7 training in only about 3 weeks and it tastes pretty good too if you like sour stuff
