Muscle gain


Taste		The taste is amazing and it's about $7 a pack of 4. If anyone has tried the banana flavor please let me know how it taste....


Fat loss		I have lost 25 lbs of fat from a starting weight of 207 on a med.
Fat loss		It takes the edge off hunger (when used for fat/weight loss) with very low carbs, and tastes great.
Strength		A banana or a couple eggs with the shake and I'm good for morning cardio and strength training.

Recovery ability		After a couple minor injuries in law enforcement and slow recovery, with weight adding on, it was time to get back in the game.


Taste		Great taste and I love it when I can't drink my normal protein shake.


Taste		I have to say this is the best tasting proteins I have ever had plus it is one of the few ready drinks that is not mostly a milk protein or calcium cass.

Taste		Low calorie, low sugar, high protein, tastes great, and they avoid a lot of the garbage most RTDs stuff in their drinks... a 10 in my book.
