Muscle gain		but gained a lot of muscle.
Strength		Well, after awhile of trying to find the right protein to use, I asked my strength training coach(I just started a little while ago) He has been lifting for 20+ years, and recommended this stuff for me.
Taste		I was a little skeptical of the taste at first, because before this, the only protein I had really ever taken was EAS Myoplex packets that a local owner of Golds Gym had given my mother.
Taste		Those tasted pretty disgusting to be honest,
Taste		The milk gave it such a nice creamy taste, and it just brought out the full taste of it in my opinion.
Taste		I did use it once with water, orange juice, all flavors of gatorade, only for testing purposes.
Taste		I got this from a local place called Barbells of Binghamton for around $20. I would recommend this to anybody lifting to get strong, and looking for good tasting protein.
Mixes well		I had no problems mixing it(Using a GNC branded shaker cup), and there was no clumps or anything.


Fat loss		And one of the benefits about the regular pro complex is i continue to drop body fat
Strength		but the strength and size of my muscles continues to go up.


Taste		It mixes great, the blend of protiens and BCAAs are great, and the flavor is much better than the 100% Whey-Chocolate Mint and the Hydro-Velocity Vanilla that I also use from ON.

Taste		Even though it's delicious and high quality, 60g of protein for someone who isn't used to such a high quantity at once, could cause excess gas or even stomach cramps and diarrhea.


Fat loss		I look a lot leaner and I think that Pro Complex really helped.
Muscle gain		I have noticed an increase in muscle mass and a decrease in body fat percentage.
