Did more research on this product and found many troubling things such as the 2 million plus fine for lead in their products, Cali Prop 65 warning on the label and a less than stellar reputation of the owner Klee Irwin.

Gas or bloating	I took it as recommended for about 10 days and it gave me stomach pains, constipation and bloating.


Suppressed appetite		Do not use niacinamide as it is harmful to certain enzymes in suppressing SIR2 enzymes, use only nicotinic acid.
Value for money		My previous multi actually had Nictonic Acid, apparently it is a bit more expensive to put in
