Suppressed appetite		Strangely this product helps my digestion and stimulates my appetite, too.
Pump		Good all day pumps, even a day or two after your workout.
Recovery ability		Helps me recover from soreness faster than usual.


Muscle gain		It helps you gain mass faster than you might think.


Value for money		I didn't get any better results from this then I did from the arginine tabs I bought in Holland and Barrett for a tenth the price.
