Muscle gain		Ive always had a hard time gaining weight and muscle.
Muscle gain		I tried just lifting hard with protein and didn't gain anything so I added the m-stak and after doing 2 cans back to back I have gained 12 pounds of muscle and lost one inch on my waist!!
