I won a contest of Cytosport's Facebook group and scored a tub of Monster Mass, which is a high-fat, moderate carb, high-protein weight gainer. Each serving offers 640 calories, but I found myself splitting the servings in half to get a more moderate MRP. Per the directions, you'll get 50 g of protein, 71 g of carbohydrates and 17 g of fat per serving. That's actually lower in carb than most gainers, and surprisingly, only 6 g come from sugar, while 5 g come from fiber. Thanks to the fiber and the high fat content, Monster Mass is very filling. As you'd expect from Cytosport, Monster Mass provides CLA and MCT, as well as a blend featuring whey, casein, MPI and other protein sources. The mixability is great, very thick, and the taste is simply unbelievable - this is like eating frosting, except without the cloying sweetness.

Fat loss		Most of the weight gained was muscle, I burn a lot of fat at my schools football training over the summer so I'm sure that most of the weight was muscle.
Muscle gain		I bought this gainer a month ago and within the time being I have gained 4 lbs and I just finished the tub.

Strength		My bench has gone up 20 pounds in the past month thanks to this product.
Taste		No bad after taste highly recommend.

Mixes well		It was great for morning shakes as well, and mixed good with bananas and mangos.


Taste		This is one of my favorite mass gainers, tastes good, loaded with protein, and has helped me gain about 20lbs in the last two and half months.
