Gas or bloating

I really haven't tried Mega Gains at full bottle, but I did take around 5 servings to make my thoughts of it. The taste factor is there as with any Dymatize protein, however it has a slightly chemical taste for some reasons that makes it detectable but nothing to worry about.

The profile, in my opinion sux. Very high carbohydrate content, specially coming from sugars which makes this gainer a ''dirty'' one. The protein and fat contents are decent and into the range mark, but the carbs are the ones that crush this gains. Another thing to note, is that EVERYTIME I took it, I was getting severely bloated, don't really know why. I splited the dosage and it gone well, but at full dose, bloat was there.

If youre trying to be cheap and/or your a hardgainer, it isn't that bad, but there are better options like Real gains, Cytogainer and others. Remember that Homemade Gainers will be always the best option as you can control macros/cals.

Dymatize High protein mega gainer is one of my favorite supplements. I have the 10 lb box of it and it lasts for a long time. Most gainers you will see it has like 9 servings which is a JOKE. What is 9 servings going to do. Dymatize high protein gainer gives you 30 servings. Each serving has 60 grams of protein and 81 grams of carbs. You will deffinetly put on some weight with this. It also includes 5 grams of creatine per serving which will help you put on weight alone. It also includes Healthy fats, amino acids, and digestive enzymes to help you take advantage of everything. Another highlight is that it only has 5 grams of sugar per serving with means your not eating mounds of sugar to get the stated 600 calories. I have tried the cookies and cream flavor and enjoy it. This product is best used in a blender like most gainers. I usually use a cup of milk, ice cream, and the gainer and it tastes great.
